Mobile Kitchens USA Rents Three Skid Kitchens to Virginia Country Club for a Large Wedding

The Virginia Country Club is one of Southern California’s most exclusive private clubs. Established in 1909, the club is centered around a world-class golf course in Long Beach, California, originally designed by A.W. Tillinghast and William P. Bell. The golf course is widely regarded as one of the top designs in all of California and one of the oldest still-active courses on the West Coast.

Due to its beautiful aesthetics, the club is the perfect venue for hosting tournaments, special events, and weddings. One couple, in particular, had picked the Virginia Country Club as their wedding venue, which was set to come with a massive guest list. The club is no stranger to providing exceptional food service to sizable groups of guests, so they planned to set up special temporary kitchen facilities to meet all the food service needs for the bride, groom, families and their guests.

Because of our quality mobile units and excellent customer service, the Virginia Country Club decided to contract with Mobile Kitchens USA and rented three customized skid kitchens that were delivered to the property and set in place for a five-day agreement. Each one featured a six-burner stove with an oven underneath, along with two double-convection ovens and three double-door reach-in refrigerators. These were large units with plenty of space for staff to store food and beverages, prepare meals and handle all the service requirements.

The wedding went off without a hitch. Our team was more than happy to deliver and set up at the club before the wedding and then tow everything away after the event. In the end, the guests and staff were grateful to have these mobile kitchen trailers on site. We were happy that we could be of some assistance!
