The Mountain Oyster Club is a unique and historic members-only club located in Tucson, Arizona. Throughout the year, the club hosts lots of meetings, activities and private dining opportunities for its members. They also have an annual art show, which is a major event in the community. With several events throughout the year, the Mountain Oyster Club decided it was time to renovate their much-used kitchen facility.

What They Rented
The Mountain Oyster Club rented an 8’x30’ Mobile Kitchen Semi Trailer (Unit #CTC-579) from Mobile Kitchens USA. It was set up to utilize propane-based equipment and included a commercial-grade hood fire and exhaust system for safety.

For cooking, the trailer kitchen had a double-stack convection oven, a six-burner range with an oven underneath, a flat top grill, a char-broiler and a double-basket deep fryer. It also featured a single-door reach-in freezer for cold food storage. In addition, there were two make-up tables, a work table, a three-compartment sink and a hand sink. Last but not least, the unit was equipped with a front-mounted air conditioning unit. With these, it’s the client’s responsibility to hook up and provide electrical power for any A/C or heating equipment.

Customized and Convenient
The Mountain Oyster Club was able to resume regular club and food service activities while the kitchen renovation was in progress. The trailer was delivered and set up at the beginning of the rental period, then it was removed by our team once the lease was over.
