Divine Events is a high-end catering company based in the buzzing city of Las Vegas, Nevada. When they were recently hired to cater a large trade show in Las Vegas, Divine Events knew that a long-term commitment to a major event called for additional kitchen space on site. What They Rented
Divine Events rented an 8’ x 53’ Mobile Kitchen Semi Trailer (Unit #CTCR-530) that was fully customized for their commercial kitchen needs. It was designed to run propane equipment and, like all of their trailers, was equipped with a fire and exhaust system, which featured a 30’ hood.
The appliances in this mobile kitchen trailer consisted of a 7’3” x 9’6” walk-in refrigerator, two 6-burner ranges with ovens underneath, three double-convection ovens, a double-basket deep fryer, a flat grill, and a tilt skillet. The trailer also included a 3-compartment sink, a hand sink, and work tables. The mobile kitchen unit was even set up to provide on-demand heat.
